Abby is an amazing trainer! She is funny, patient, and knowledgeable. Which is everything a trainer should be. Every session I leave feeling accomplished, which is how I should feel. The environment is clean, And has all the equipment you will need for a varied and challenging work out. I have been going to a gym on my own for the past few years, and have seen more results with Abby in such a short period of time than I have in the last five years. She does a combination of strength and interval training which really helps to target total body. Also, the space in which she trains, is always private and secure for Muslim women to feel comfortable as they work out and achieve their goals. Like many women, my own health and weight has fluctuated tremendously over the years. But, my hunger for improvement is what helped​ me regain control by gaining lean muscle.

I always remind my clients, "You only have two choices, muscle or fat, pick one."

Which would you opt for?  Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts; I achieved my goals with hard work and you will do the same. But, I WILL help you every step of the way and you WILL be proud of your achievements.  As with anything, we only get out what we ourselves are willing to put in.  I make every effort to be flexible and sensitive to your needs to make it easier for you come in and unveil your strength!      

Veiled Fitness was established to help a community of women not have to choose between modesty and fitness.  I strive to educate women on how to make proper dietary decisions DAILY without having sacrifice much of their cultural diets.  With careful thought, I have selected each piece of studio equipment to accommodate varying fitness experiences.  From novice to seasoned, each client will be challenged and pushed beyond their comfort zone to accomplish what they never thought they could.  

Throughout the years, I've found the discipline created for fitness and diet spills over into other aspects of my life helping to contain my indulgences and improve self-awareness.  From my early experience as a high school athlete to my undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, I'm not only passionate about fitness, but also about continuously learning.  My quest for knowledge doesn't stop at being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition and Women's Fitness Specialist.  I will constantly aim to bring my clients new ideas and research to aid in building their new regiment.
